Blindside is just like 不意打 in FFXI I think, let's try to make renkei and see what damage it can do tonight!

not sure, think so

usually i use Raging Strike (Achery) instead of Ferocity

Tested last night, about 60% damage boost for both ws and normal attack. Seems to be 100% hit chance too.
