If we really wanna level

Yes, doing leves is probably the fastest way to level up for now but we are not doing it in the most effective way. We get all the quests we can get and do them all in a night so from time to time we consume all 8 quotas and have no leves we can do. Also, we used to play in a 3-4 people party, if we make the party a bigger one we can be leveling even faster with the party bonus. Not to mention that we can finish the quests in 5 star difficulty always.

I suggest we try to shout by the adventure guild/pub: something like "Looking for members for 5 star only bloodshore leve runs, still need 2 wizards and 4 melee"

We can organize the party into three mini teams, one for each mob when mobs are grouped in a 3 mobs party(game dodo 11 for example.) We can kill a 5 star game dodo, can't we? When it is a two mob fight, one team for each mob and the other team(that would be us I think) do whatever they want to do. This way we will have 27 leves a night(5 stars!) and the skill point gain will be much better I think. We might also be able to recruit some guild members too. If you find it too time consuming, we can try this on Sat.

and there will be some rules we need to tell the members before we go. Such as "everyone should follow me", "do not attack until instructed", "which wizard cast what buff" etc...

When we have more members and reach a certain level, we will be strong enough to explore the game a bit further. NMs and more contents will probably be available by then.

With a 9 people party, I bet we can kill those bones and crabs in the hollow efficiently.

It just occurred to me that perhaps we can try four stars runs with a 6 members party first.

Hmm we might be able to do 5 stars with a six members party. If avatar is here, we just need to look for 2 more.

not necessarily 27, we can, for example, fix a limit of one leve for each member, this way even if we go for a 9 members run there will only be 9 quests.
